By ordering us, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

1. Definitions: 

  • ‘We’, ‘Us’ – means Doggie Delights.
  •  ‘You’ – means you, the user of this website.
  •  ‘Goods’, ‘Products’ – means Dog Treats or other items offered for sale by us.

2. Privacy Policy:

We are committed to your privacy and to protecting any data you may give to us.  We use PayPal to process online payment transactions for your safety and security. At no stage are any card details you may submit for payment passed to or stored by us.  We do not share any information you may give to us, such as your name, address, or email address, with any third party organisations outside of Doggie Delights, except as required by law.  We would like to keep in touch with you from time to time, to let you know about our news such as new products, special offers, competitions and events.

3. Cookie Policy:

This website uses Cookies to collect data & to help us better serve you in future. If you do not wish for us to collect this data, then please stop using this website and Contact Us offline to continue your purchase or enquiry.

4. Suitability of Products:

All of our dog treats are intended as complementary food item and not as a balanced canine diet or a complete dog food.  We recommend that the approximate equivalent of treats given is deducted from your dog’s daily food ration to ensure you are not overfeeding and risking obesity.  If you are in any doubt whatsoever as to the suitability of our treats for your dog, or if your dog suffers from allergies, we recommend speaking to your vet before feeding our treats to your dog.

5. Online Ordering:

Prior to completing an online order you will be given an opportunity to check & review the details of your order and correct any mistakes. When you complete the online checkout process you are deemed to have completed an order with us.  We reserve the right not to accept an order, for reasons which may include, but are not limited to: unavailability of ingredients, failure in processing of your payment, our delivery providers to not deliver to your address.

In the event of us not accepting your order, we will notify you at the email address provided at the time of placing the order as soon as possible after we receive it, we will also refund any payment taken to the card used when placing the order within thirty days.  Our acceptance of your order comes when we prepare & despatch your goods; the purchase contract between us is formed at this point.  We will email you to advise that your goods have been despatched.

6. Quality Policy: 

We want you to always be fully satisfied with the quality of our products and the condition they reach you in, for this reason we guarantee a full refund if you are in any way unsatisfied with the quality of any of our treats purchase on this website.  We use only high quality ingredients and take the utmost care to ensure our dog treats reach you in prime conditions, we recognise that part of their attraction is that they have no additives or preservatives; however this means they do have a limited shelf life. Each bag comes with instructions on how to store the treats for maximum freshness. Our cakes are boxed and have a shelf life of 3-4 days. However, if you are in any way unsatisfied with the quality of the goods, please Contact Us within three days of your receipt of the goods, including a note of outlining your concerns and photograph if possible.

7. Delivery:

We use Royal Mail First Class as our primary delivery service; except for some larger parcels which are sent by courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery. Cost of delivery is on top of the total price of your order. Please note that certain restrictions apply to Royal Mail deliveries to the Channel Islands & the Isle of Man and we recommend that you Contact Us to discuss your order before placing it, if you require delivery to either of these areas.  Unfortunately at the present time, we cannot accept orders for despatch to addresses outside of the UK.  If the goods you receive do not match those you have ordered, please Contact Us within three days of receipt of the goods.

8. Liability:

Except as defined by law, we cannot be held liable for any accident, injury, illness or damage to persons, animals or property from ingestion of, or interaction with our products.

9. External Links:

This website may contain links to external sites.  We have included them for your convenience because we feel they may be of interest to you; however we cannot be held responsible for the content or accuracy of any third party websites.

10. Website:

This website is provided for general information purposes, however we reserve the right to make changes without prior notice to it’s content (including these terms & conditions), to the products available on it, or to their pricing. We attempt to ensure this website is always available, but we cannot be held liable if it is unavailable at any time.
